Fun fact: Women may make up over half the college graduates in the U.S., but they make up only 25% of the sales workforce in tech—and only 12% of sales leadership. These numbers are shockingly low when you consider this sales performance data reported by CEB:

  • Women achieve an average 70% quota attainment compared to an average 67% attainment by men
Women stay in their roles 1 year longer than men, thus recouping more of a company’s ramp investment

While progressive companies like LinkedIn are developing gender diversity programs to close the workplace gender gap, most women in sales aren’t so lucky. They don’t have a built-in support network within their organization to help them develop their skills and thrive in such a male-dominated field. It’s a jungle out there, and there haven’t been nearly enough resources for women in sales.

With this in mind, we’re excited to be co-hosting Elevate & Influence: San Francisco’s Premier Event for Women in Sales.

As San Francisco’s first dedicated resource for women in sales, the National Association of Women Sales Professionals is committed to elevating women sales professionals into economic and social spheres of influence and helping them gain a powerful and equal seat at the table.

Join us for a night of networking and growth, including a panel discussion on the top challenges women in sales face with Julie Sokley, VP of Sales Operations At Autodesk and our own Hilary Salazar, VP, Product Marketing and Sales Enablement at

Would love to see you there!
