Although it feels like things slow down mid-summer, we’ve been busy over here at People.ai headquarters. Here’s a quick rundown of everything that’s been happening in our world:
Expanding our senior leadership team
We’re excited to announce that we added two stellar executives to our team: Robin Ritenour will head Global Business Development, Partnerships and Channels; and Dana Ray is our new Senior Vice President of People. Both executives have extensive experience in leading SaaS companies.
Earning industry recognition
CRN.com declared People.ai to be among the top “10 Coolest Machine-Learning and AI Startups of 2019 (So far)” and the company was named to Wing Venture Capital’s 2019 Enterprise Tech 30 inaugural list as one of the companies that are supporting and accelerating enterprise success. The Enterprise Tech 30 is an exclusive list of the most promising private companies in enterprise tech, as determined by an institutional research process with prominent venture capitalists in the sector. Companies are ranked according to total capital raised, with People.ai ranked as a Mid Stage company.
We are honored and grateful for these recognitions and are excited to keep the momentum going.
Leading the AI movement
As a leader in the AI/ML space, we also value the opportunity to share our learnings and what we see unfolding in the industry. In a recent Forbes piece, People.ai CEO Oleg Rogynskyy talked about how AI can solve the CRM problem that has plagued sales and marketing for decades now. He outlines some lessons learned and offers advice for companies embarking on an AI journey.
